Some people think that if you go directly to one of our builders, that you can get a better deal. This is not the case; the price is the same. You are actually shorting yourself by doing so because the builder is motivated to sell you only their product, where I will present to you all alternatives in order for you to make a more informed decision. budget and lifestyle requirements.
2) I'll take you to model homes that meet your criteria. I have in depth knowledge about every builder and the advantages of each. We'll get you copies of plans and pricing.
3) I'll take you out in my Land Rover to view all lots available to compare locations and views. You won't even have to leave the air conditioning, unless you want to!
4) Once you see a lot that may work, I will assist you in putting down a deposit to hold the property will you get a chance to pick a plan and get a price from the builder.
5) When you decide to move forward, I will guide you in completing the process, which I have been through personally with my own homes.

4) Once you've selected a home that you love, I'll write up your offer and continue to negotiate until we have a contract.
