Hi, I am Tim and welcome to my website. Here are my wife Sary, my daughter Sofia, and my sons Isaac & Daniel. We live in Viera, Florida because of the wholesome environment for raising our family.

I previously lived in this area for several years while I worked for Harris Corporation after graduating from the University of Central Florida. I later moved to South Florida to become a pioneer of the Internet by starting one of the first search directories in Spanish. That led me to be the first web strategist for Microsoft Latin America, where I had the opportunity to work with Bill Gate's strategy group to launch the Internet Explorer. In my international business travels, I met and fell in love with my wife, Sary, in Colombia and decided my traveling days were over. I left Microsoft, got married, and we moved to Costa Rica.

We started a real estate business with my wife's family by marketing properties over the Internet. After our daughter Sofia was born, we decided that we would like to live in the States and closer to my family here in Brevard County.

I joined the Sales team at Viera Realty Inc. as my full time occupation because I was so impressed by this community and what they are doing. I have since received my real estate broker's license for the state of Florida and in the process of opening my own brokerage, which will be known as the Tim Kirk Group. I am a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, as well as the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals and an Accredited Luxury Home Specialist.
